Supporting Your Organization

Asking the hard questionsHow much is this going to cost?

This is always a key consideration for organizations especially small or mid-size companies.

If you have an interest in The Foley Group, let’s first discuss what may be the best engagement method for you to achieve the most and the longest lasting benefit for your organization.

While I have given presentations and one-day seminars on many varying topics over the years, that is clearly not the approach that will permanently improve the business culture and ultimately create the high performing organization that achieves consistent and sustainable growth and strong financial performance.

The process of achieving successful change through relationships, slow absorption and acceptance of the philosophies and practices, that will make your company a top performer within your industry segment, is a result of shorter sessions over a longer period of time.

This approach has been proven to be the best at achieving lasting results.

One half day, once per week, four times per month is one way of implementing permanent change.  During a period of several months the team will begin implementing philosophies and processes, under a consistent leadership style that will begin to both show improvement, and most importantly, set the organizational culture in motion to sustain those improvements.

My proposal would be to visit four half days per month for a monthly fee of $3,000.  It compares with the hire of an Administrative Assistant.  The value to the organization will be significant.

The span of time for these monthly sessions and fees is hard to judge initially, but  will be entirely up to you to make a determination to change the arrangement if you feel, for any reason, the return on your investment is diminishing.

I would suggest that the process begins with a meeting to be certain that this relationship and plan forward has a very high probability of achieving the desired results from your viewpoint.

If our meeting would produce a further interest, we would outline the desired scope and sequence of the process.

Please contact me if you would like to know more about the processes and the implementation schedule or discuss any other topics.

Other options include: Advisory Board participation or if a sudden leadership change
occurs as an “interim” leader during the transition.
